Augusto started his automotive career back in 1997 at a local Essendon dealership as a Sales Executive. He has worked up the ranks and held senior appointments including General Manager of more than six luxury European brands.

Being a local boy, he values working in his local surroundings of Essendon and appreciates the family community feel that Essendon Volkswagen holds. His experience in super luxury cars has brought a clear direction to the Essendon Volkswagen business, that is, "Provide the customer with the most premium experience, to make them want to come back to do business again and again". He strongly believes that by looking after his team, the team, in turn, will look after the valued customer.

Daniel has worked with Essendon Volkswagen in a variety of roles since 2012, including service manager.
